Role of Teachers and Educators in Cleaning Up the World
Cleanliness is next to godliness In this age, the value of getting a clean environment because of growing communication, trade, and transport is widespread. Nobody can deny the advantages of having a sterile atmosphere. Whether in the home, offices, business, and public areas, educational institutions, everybody must be knowledgeable about the nutritious environmental advantages. The worldwide climate patterns have shifted completely and we, the people only, are responsible for this as a consequence of contributing to pollution. This is because of increased industrialization, cutting down the woods, usage of fuel to operate the automobiles, planes, and machines. It has led to high carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. A rise in the temperature surely increases the likelihood of the incidence of dangerous storms and catastrophic weather patterns. A healthy and clean world is imperative for all of us.
Teachers and educators play a big role in cultivating habits of cleanliness and neatness in their students. Educators teach environmental values in different moments of their lessons, and educate young people on importance of cleanliness. By teaching students at a tender age to be environmentally aware, the students become cautious and understand the need for a clean and healthy world for the survival of mankind.
Against this backdrop this Higher Education and Research summit 2022 on “Role of Teachers And Educators in Cleaning Up the World” has been jointly orchestrated by Confederation of Indian Universities (CIU), New Delhi and International Benevolent Research Foundation,(IBRF),Kolkata on 26th September 2022 at Rotary Sadan, Kolkata.
